Miley Cyrus Teases ‘Extremely Experimental’ New Album

Miley Cyrus has revealed plans for an “extremely experimental” album following the release of Something Beautiful, her ninth studio album set to debut on May 30. Speaking at a fan event at Chateau Marmont, she described Something Beautiful as “just the appetizer” for her next project.

At the event, Cyrus performed tracks from her upcoming album, including Easy Lover, End of the World, and More To Lose, alongside her 2023 hit Flowers and the classic The Climb from Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Something Beautiful is a visual album co-executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett, premiering at the 2025 Tribeca Film Festival in June. The album, inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall, blends music and film into an immersive experience, marking another bold artistic evolution in Cyrus’ career.
